A forklift is required to unload the pallets from this truck. This is because these are non-standard pallets that can reach exceptional dimensions in height, width, weight, etc.
Functional customer returns may have aesthetic default or imperfections or slight impacts, but they have no damage. They may have some missing non-essential accessories but remain functionals. They don’t necessarily have their original packaging or even no packaging at all. They have not been used for more than 14 days (the time of customer return).
